phgolden reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, phgolden may restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage access.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phgolden platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different registration details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The minimum deposit amount at phgolden is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. phgolden reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the account pending investigation.
phgolden does not charge deposit fees for GCash and Maya transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of phgolden.
Deposits are credited to your phgolden Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the originating institution's processing times.
Withdrawals from phgolden are subject to the following conditions:
phgolden does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.
phgolden offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be converted to real money and withdrawn. The following contribution rates apply:
Bonus Expiry: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds and any wagering progress expire thirty (30) days after the bonus is credited to the account.
Abuse Prevention: phgolden reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or claw back bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determination of bonus abuse is at phgolden's sole discretion and is final.
Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting phgolden's support team. Once a player has opted out, they will not receive future promotional offers unless they opt back in.
All games offered on the phgolden platform are governed by their respective published rules. RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studios under continuous oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. phgolden's decision regarding malfunction-affected rounds is final. Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of real money and bonus balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies where applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phgolden platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phgolden content without prior written consent.

phgolden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the phgolden platform, whether or not phgolden has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phgolden does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phgolden is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by force majeure events, internet service provider failures, government action, or other circumstances beyond phgolden's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits phgolden's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
phgolden collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phgolden.biz/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering on the phgolden platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the phgolden Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.
phgolden will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorized service providers (including payment processors and game providers) on a need-to-know basis under strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities where legally required.
phgolden reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your phgolden account, or any transaction on the platform, phgolden encourages players to contact its support team in the first instance. phgolden's support team will endeavor to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phgolden's internal complaints process within fifteen (15) business days of a written complaint being submitted, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's relevant regulatory body for adjudication in accordance with its published procedures.
Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
