phgolden Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phgolden," "we," "us," "our" refers to phgolden and the legal entity operating the phgolden platform at phgolden.biz.
• "Platform" means the phgolden website at phgolden.biz, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account management tools, and related services accessible through the site.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who has registered for or is accessing a phgolden player account.
• "Account" means a registered phgolden player account associated with a unique email address and player profile.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player and available for wagering and withdrawal, net of any pending transactions.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, bonus funds, or free bet credits allocated to a player's account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to phgolden's identity verification procedures, including collection and verification of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before a bonus balance can be converted to real money and withdrawn.

By accessing the phgolden platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager through phgolden, you conclusively accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with phgolden's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phgolden. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms.

phgolden reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use phgolden, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of your account's existence:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a non-negotiable minimum age requirement pursuant to Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• You must be a natural person (corporate or entity accounts are not permitted).
• You must not be a resident of or accessing phgolden from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by phgolden or by PAGCOR.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of phgolden or any of its affiliated game providers.

phgolden reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, phgolden may restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage access.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phgolden platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different registration details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your phgolden login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes;
• Restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorized use of your phgolden account;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless phgolden has been duly notified of a security breach in a timely manner.

phgolden recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to significantly enhance account security. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, you must notify phgolden immediately via the live chat function or at [email protected].

phgolden is required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR operating standards to verify the identity of its players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above threshold amounts.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or passport;
• Proof of your residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your name and mobile number);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by phgolden's compliance team.

KYC documents will be reviewed within forty-eight (48) hours of submission. phgolden reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place a hold on account withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of the request may result in account restriction.

phgolden accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-connected Philippine banks and e-wallets.

The minimum deposit amount at phgolden is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. phgolden reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the account pending investigation.

phgolden does not charge deposit fees for GCash and Maya transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of phgolden.

Deposits are credited to your phgolden Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the originating institution's processing times.

Withdrawals from phgolden are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos).
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before phgolden will process any withdrawal request. This is a one-time requirement.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the phgolden account. phgolden does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• phgolden reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus misuse, or other compliance concerns.
• Any active bonus balance attached to an account at the time of a withdrawal request may be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met. Only the Real Money Balance is available for withdrawal.

phgolden does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.

phgolden offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be converted to real money and withdrawn. The following contribution rates apply:

• Slot games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
• Live Roulette: 20% contribution;
• Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack, and other live table games: 10% contribution;
• Crash games and virtual sports: 50% contribution;
• Sports betting markets: 10% contribution.

Bonus Expiry: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds and any wagering progress expire thirty (30) days after the bonus is credited to the account.

Abuse Prevention: phgolden reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or claw back bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determination of bonus abuse is at phgolden's sole discretion and is final.

Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting phgolden's support team. Once a player has opted out, they will not receive future promotional offers unless they opt back in.

All games offered on the phgolden platform are governed by their respective published rules. RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studios under continuous oversight.

phgolden publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games in the platform lobby. Stated RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of outcomes in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. phgolden's decision regarding malfunction-affected rounds is final. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error are not valid and may be reclaimed by phgolden.

phgolden prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to give a player an unfair advantage over the house or other players in real-time. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgolden platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform or placing wagers while under the age of 21;
• Using or attempting to use payment methods registered in a name other than your own;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform;
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using prohibited automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software that interfaces with the platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phgolden staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players;
• Any conduct that phgolden, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of real money and bonus balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies where applicable.

All content on the phgolden platform, including but not limited to the phgolden brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content licensed from third-party providers, and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of phgolden or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phgolden platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phgolden content without prior written consent.

Game content on the phgolden platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) and is licensed to phgolden for use on the platform. Third-party game provider terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

phgolden is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling. In furtherance of this commitment, phgolden provides the following tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your phgolden account. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower amount; increases to existing limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic session termination after a specified period of play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your net position and total time played during a session.

phgolden reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account at its sole discretion, including where phgolden's monitoring systems detect patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviors, regardless of whether the player has voluntarily requested such restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgolden's total aggregate liability to any player, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phgolden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the phgolden platform, whether or not phgolden has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phgolden does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phgolden is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by force majeure events, internet service provider failures, government action, or other circumstances beyond phgolden's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits phgolden's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

phgolden collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phgolden.biz/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on the phgolden platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the phgolden Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

phgolden will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorized service providers (including payment processors and game providers) on a need-to-know basis under strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

phgolden reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice on the phgolden platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The current version of the Terms will always be available on the phgolden website at phgolden.biz/terms-conditions, together with the effective date. Continued use of the phgolden platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw your available balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your phgolden account, or any transaction on the platform, phgolden encourages players to contact its support team in the first instance. phgolden's support team will endeavor to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phgolden's internal complaints process within fifteen (15) business days of a written complaint being submitted, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's relevant regulatory body for adjudication in accordance with its published procedures.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
